Ms. Higbee focuses her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters, Medicare compliance issues, and claims arising under the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute, nationwide. Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Prudence served as a Judicial Clerk to The Honorable Samuel G. DeSimone, former Assignment Judge of Vicinage 15.
