Co-Chair, Business Litigation Group

Mr. Cieslik focuses his practice in the representation of individuals, small businesses, not-for-profits and and large corporations in complicated and often high-risk litigation. His trial and litigation experience includes representation of an international oil company in personal injury litigation.  He currently serves as panel counsel for a large medical practice handling their general defense, employment, property, and commercial litigation defense needs.  He also represents physicians and medical practices in shareholder, business and other disputes.  Locally he represents and supports not-for-profits with their every-day business needs including contracts, liability defense, and employment matters.

Vince provides his clients with a sophisticated, nuanced approach to solving problems that reflects an understanding of the concerns of modern business. He counsels clients in pre-litigation matters, and seeks to assist clients in resolving disputes and problems at the early stages, through a common sense and real-world approach to business solutions, in order to avoid adverse publicity, minimize the risk of adverse litigation, and save the time and costs of expensive litigation.  Vince’s trial experience allows him to advise clients on the potential liabilities they face, analyze risk, and devise a strategy to best protect the client and its interests.

In his personal time Vince supports the March of Dimes of South Jersey, and for many years served as the Chairman for the March of Dimes Walk for Babies and 5K Run for Babies.  He currently serves as a member of the local affordable housing board and as alumni president at his alma matter. He also volunteers coaching track and cross country and enjoys long distance running including the Philadelphia, New York, and prestigious Boston Marathons.
